Rebecca is the Founder of Blueprint Wellness, a licensed acupuncturist, and an online educator in the holistic wellness space.

While Rebecca spent the first decade of her career in the corporate insurance industry, after seeking out acupuncture to help manage pain from her knee, she unknowingly took the first step towards a future in the holistic wellness space. Her knee healed quickly, but it was the mental-health benefits, fertility support, and time to focus on self-care, that proved to be the driving force behind her decision to go back to school to earn a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture. Today Rebecca is honored and humbled to support her clients as an Acupuncturist, providing a safe and nurturing space as they navigate their own highs and lows on their wellness journey. In addition to acupuncture, Rebecca works as a patient care advisor in the medical cannabis dispensary at Curio Wellness, educating clients on holistic medical solutions.

Rebecca received a degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University, and her Masters of Acupuncture degree from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She resides in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband and two kids.
